What we receive
- From the form: name, mobile number and whether it uses WhatsApp, state, and optionally email, current stage of education, course and intake, together with your consent choices.
- With every form: the page address, the time and your IP address, which we use only to block spam.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Cloudflare, which protects the site, processes connection data for security.
What we use it for
Only to contact you about your request and advise you on studying abroad, on the basis of the consent you give on the form. We do not pass your details to universities or other companies without asking you first.
Updates
If you tick the updates box, we may send admission and visa news for Bulgaria by email (sent through the Brevo email service) or WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Storage and retention
Requests are stored on our server and passed to our counsellors through a private messaging channel. We keep them for up to 36 months after our last contact, or until you withdraw consent. Client files are governed by the client agreement.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected] from the contact details you gave us. We answer within 30 days.
Students under 18
If you are under 18, please send the form with a parent or guardian. We always involve the family before any decision.
