Sources we trust, in this order
- University price lists and admission rules for the year in question, published on the university's own website.
- Bulgarian state bodies: the Ministry of Education and Science, the Embassy of Bulgaria in New Delhi, the migration directorate and the official journal.
- Indian bodies for medicine: the National Medical Commission (FMGL Regulations 2021) and NBEMS for FMGE results.
Each page lists its sources with the date we checked them.
Money
Bulgaria has used the euro since 1 January 2026, and universities quote fees in euros. We show rupees first, converted at the European Central Bank reference rate on the date stated on the page, and the euro amount in brackets. Your bank will add a margin; budget 2–3% more.
Gaps
Some Bulgarian universities publish fees late or only in Bulgarian, and some price lists are scanned images. When we cannot confirm a figure on an official page, we say so on the page instead of copying a number from an agent's website.
Corrections
Price lists for the next year usually appear in spring. We update the fee pages then and change the date at the top. Found a mistake? Email [email protected] with the page address.
